A senate bill to regulate loyalty programs popped up, plus the department of transportation has launched an investigation into competition, airfares and a host of things the airlines do not want to discuss. Each year, a small group of local folks, led by the Stocking family, raise a big chunk of cash to make sure those who are gone are not forgotten, by placing boughs on the 35,000 military graves at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery.
